staff. The service is also available on a daily (per diem) basis. The per diem support
does not include phone support.

training rooms, or at their own buildings.
Q.: Can the training sessions be customized to our needs?
A.: Yes. You can specify what you would like your staff trained on, and how you would like
it done.
Q.: What is a needs analysis?
A.: The Office Integration service starts with an on-site needs analysis study. Working
with your staff, we assess current office tasks and procedures as well as the equipment
and software you currently own. After this visit youll receive a report with
recommendations regarding the automation of your office and the training needs of your
administrative staff.
