Q.: How can this service be purchased?

Q.: What hardware platforms are supported?
A.: Windows and Macintosh.

Q.: What types of software are supported by the Office Integration service?

Q.: Where are the Office Integration training sessions held?
A.: Districts that subscribe to the service may either opt for training at the NERIC training rooms, or at their own buildings.

Q.: Can the training sessions be customized to our needs?
A.: Yes. You can specify what you would like your staff trained on, and how you would like it done.

Q.: What is a needs analysis?
A.: The Office Integration service starts with an on-site needs analysis study. Working with your staff, we assess current office tasks and procedures as well as the equipment and software you currently own. After this visit you’ll receive a report with recommendations regarding the automation of your office and the training needs of your administrative staff.

Q.: How is training and other use of these contracted days scheduled?
A.: Typically, the contracting district appoints a person who oversees the use of the time. NERIC Office Integration staff interact with that person to schedule training or other on-site visits.
